Return/exchange shipping costs will be at the expense of the customer.
Some of our products are made to order. This means that the products start their creation process the moment you press checkout. This may include, but is not limited to t-shirts, bucket hats, hats, back packs, fanny packs, printed leggings, hoodies, crop tops, tank tops, DJ & artist merch, and sweatpants.
If any of our products are received defective, you must contact us by emailing us at email@example.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Provide us your name, order number, product ordered, the nature of the defect, along with photographic evidence of the product and we will respond to you promptly with further instructions.
If you just don’t like what your ordered (buyers remorse), we will not accept a return or exchange for your product. If the product just isn’t what you expected – please contact us with what the issue with the product is. We may be able to offer a store credit or a special discount code on future orders in to help achieve the look you’re going for. We may offer this on a case by case basis, but we do strive to ensure the happiness of each customer.
If you ordered a product, but it doesn’t fit as expected and you would like to exchange the product for a better fit please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Provide us your name, order number, product ordered, size ordered, and the size you wish to exchange for and we will respond to you promptly with further instructions.
You must contact us within 14 days of receiving the product to initiate a return or exchange. Any delays to contact us may return in an immediate denial of your return/exchange.
